We Are Called
Today’s message at the church was a topical one as we get ready for doing outreaches this week. We looked at our calling in Christ’s Kingdom to share the gospel (from Acts 26) and at what is the gospel message we are called to share (from 1 Corinthians 15:1-4). That message audio is here for your listening, in English and Romanian.
Acts 26 We are Called
God Chose You

The Rise of the Antichrist
You’ve seen the Hollywood movies about him. The beast, the man represented by 666, and other things. What the Bible says about this man called Antichrist is actually more interesting than the movie renditions, though. Tonight’s study was of 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12, looking at the rise of the Antichrist. You can hear the audio of the study here, in English and Romanian.
What should I be doing with my life?
Today’s message at the church from 1 Corinthians 3:4-15 looked at what we should build our lives on, and what we should build them with, if we want to be prepared for Christ’s evaluation of us at the Judgment. The message can be heard here, in English and Romanian. It is important to live your life for what will last, for what is valuable, and for what your Judge wants.
Sexual Purity and Love
Tonight’s Bible study from 1 Thessalonians 4 looked at the touchy issue of God’s standards for our sex lives when we become followers of Christ. The audio recording of the study, which was taught to 16 single young adults who were in our home this evening, is available for your listening here, in English and Romanian.
Resurrection & Ascension
Today’s message at the church was the conclusion of a study through the gospel of Luke, looking at Christ’s resurrection from the dead and His ascension into heaven, and why we can find hope and joy for the future in these events, and what God teaches us through them. The audio recording of the study, in English and Romanian, is available for your listening here.
A Growing, Persevering Faith – 1 Thessalonians 3
Tonight’s home fellowship study, part 3 of our study through 1 Thessalonians, looked at what Paul did in ministry, and the attitude he had, resulting in a growing, persevering faith, in the young believers of Thessalonica. We learned how to trust God to continue His work in our lives, even when things go wrong, as we look forward to the soon return of the Lord. The audio recording can be heard here, in English and Romanian.
When God Says No
What do we do when we’re in crisis, asking for deliverance, and God says no, because He has a better plan? That’s one of the lessons learned from today’s passage in the message at the church, from Luke 22:39-46. The message audio is available for your listening here.
